All items are professionally packaged in strong corrugated cartons, the larger cupolas in sturdy wood crates.

Any returns must be made within 30 days of receipt, and only after authorization of such a return is obtained.

If you are returning an item due to damage caused during shipping, do not file a claim with the carrier, contact us immediately at (508) 994-2119 and we will issue a pickup arrangement. You will not be charged any additional shipping charges.

If you are returning an item because you are dissatisfied with the quality of the item purchased, please contact us first for a return authorization. Once obtained, make certain that the item is well packaged. We will arrange for a pickup of the item and upon its return to us, you will be refunded 80% of your original purchase.

We will not be responsible for shipping charges without a prior return authorization.

Cape Cod Cupola reserves the right to refuse the return of any item that is "Custom" in nature.
