Payment Method: Once we have established all the details needed with the order, we will email you a detailed quote and will ask for a deposit or approximately 1/3rd, with the balance due once the item is ready to ship out. We accept MasterCard, VISA, money order or check.
Delivery Schedule:
Most cupolas & weathervanes are "made to order" and take 3 - 4 weeks on average to get out. We usually have a dozen or so cupolas that are stock items and can leave quickly. We try to stay honest with our delivery schedules and will keep the customer informed if we are currently enjoying a busy period or a slower period in which products can be shipped sooner.
Ground Shipments:
Most orders are shipped via Fed Ex Ground or UPS. These deliveries are left at the ship to address, no signature required.
Freight Shipments:
Items that exceed the weight and/or size limit are shipped via Fed Ex Freight or other freight company. The Freight Carrier will call to set up a drop off time, usually 24 hours before the scheduled delivery. These orders are usually heavy and large. It is up to you to be prepared to unload the delivery. The delivery is curbside, meaning it is up to you to unload the delivery. If you are unable to unload the delivery, a lift gate can be purchased by you through the carrier before delivery for an additional charge.
Freight Claims & Damages:
All freight damages must be reported to the driver at the time of delivery and must be reported to us at that time also. Inspect the package thoroughly! Even if the box looks fine, open it and look it over! If you sign for the package it is at that time yours. If damages are found after signing off with the driver we are unable to put in a claim. You are responsible after you sign off on the package.
For Fed Ex Ground and UPS deliveries, damages must be reported within 24-48 hours at 1(800)986-2870. The items must be in the original packaging. We will have the damaged product(s) picked up and re-ship a new product in a timely manner. Failure to follow this procedure voids all future issues that may occur with the damaged product(s) and voids product warranties.
